Process serving services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guarantees regarding the outcome, timing, or success of service attempts.

Clients are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable court rules, filing deadlines, service timelines, and jurisdictional requirements related to their case. Iron Triangle Investigations is not responsible for missed deadlines, improper service instructions, or delays resulting from client-provided information or misunderstandings of legal requirements.

Service attempts are dependent on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the accuracy of provided information, availability of the subject, access restrictions, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Fees paid are for service attempts and administrative work performed and are non-refundable once service efforts have commenced. No refunds will be issued for errors, omissions, or delays resulting from inaccurate information, improper instructions, or failure by the client to comply with applicable legal or procedural requirements.

By submitting this request, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Triangle Investigations from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from incorrect information, improper use of the service, failure to comply with legal requirements, or misuse of service results.

Rush service prioritizes the first service attempt within 24–48 hours of order acceptance. Timing is not guaranteed and is dependent on receipt of complete documents, accurate information, subject availability, and access conditions. Rush fees are non-refundable once service efforts begin.
